Birooni Tools — one installer for the suite.
Install every Ibrooni Revit plugin except Biruscan. Use the MSI, or the ZIP version if you prefer to copy files yourself. Each plugin keeps its own license: free tools stay free, trials stay trials, and keys paste in the same place as the standalone installers.
ZIP version: unzip and copy your Revit year folder into Revit’s Addins folder. If Windows blocks the MSI, download the MSI in a ZIP, extract it, and run the installer. Biruscan is a separate download.

Vertical Host Placer
Free. No key. Installed for Revit 2025–2027.
Family Loader
Free after a verified Ibrooni account. Paste the FAMILY key in Family Loader.
Avoid MEP Clash
30-day trial, then a free registered CLASH key after a verified account.
Project Setup Tools
15-day trial, then a SETUP key in Project Setup. Covers Create Views and Sheets.
3D Route
15-day trial, then a ROUTE key at the bottom of the 3D Route palette. Covers Custom Elbow.
View Reference Robot
Free until 31 January 2027.
Biruscan
Not in this installer. Download Biruscan on its own page.
License
Same licenses as standalone
The combined file does not replace plugin licenses. Paste each key in that plugin, the same way as the individual MSIs.
Birooni Tools suite key
Admin Issue License includes Birooni Tools. That mints a TOOLS- key you can paste into a licensed plugin that accepts a key.
Revit versions
One installer covers both ranges. Vertical Host Placer is included for 2025–2027.
Revit 2020–2024
The 2023 builds are installed for those years.
Revit 2025–2027
The 2025 builds are installed for those years, including Vertical Host Placer.
FAQ
Is Biruscan included?
No. Download Biruscan from its product page. This combined file is every other Ibrooni plugin.
Do I still need individual keys?
Yes for plugins that require a key. Family Loader and Avoid MEP Clash keys are issued after a verified Ibrooni account. Project Setup Tools and 3D Route use their 15-day trials, then a key in that plugin. BiruBox and Vertical Host Placer stay free.
How do I install it?
Download the MSI, run it, restart Revit, and choose Always Load once for each plugin Revit prompts.
How do I install the ZIP version?
Unzip BirooniTools.zip and copy the folder for your Revit year into Revit’s Addins folder, then restart Revit. Vertical Host Placer is in the 2025–2027 folders only. If Windows blocks the MSI, download the MSI in a ZIP, extract it, and run the installer.
